Are you looking for a space to explore or deepen your yoga practice? Do you yearn for a community of like-minded individuals or a consistent yoga routine? 

Consider exploring in-person classes, online yoga, or private yoga sessions. These offerings are ideal for those who wish to practice a specific style of yoga such as vinyasa flow, restorative, beginners yoga, pre/post-natal, yoga for athletes, and more.

As a complement to public and online classes, private yoga sessions will allow you to fine-tune alignment, create a home practice sequence, work on a specific goal, or cater to an injury.

Holistic Health Coaching Sessions

Ayurveda is the science of life and longevity. If you are feeling overwhelmed, have tried nearly everything but nothing seems to click, Ayurveda may provide you with a wellness roadmap to more balance in your body and mind. 

There is no one-size-fits-all in Ayurveda. Together, we will assess your individual needs and identify what will bring you into balance using diet and lifestyle recommendations. In follow-up sessions, we will address obstacles, reinforce positive practices, and decide if we need to subtract or add in additional practices. I am here to support you every step along the way towards your health goals and to live life with more ease. 

Embody On-Demand

Embody On-Demand is an online platform that offers online courses and live-streaming classes. Explore various styles of yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda self-care classes, and more. Both unlimited and one-time access is available. Engage in a wellness practice on your own time, and at a pace, that’s right for you. 

Embody On-Demand Subscriptions
  • Unlimited access to pre-recorded and live stream classes: $20/month
  • One-time, 48-hour rentals: $10/per class 

Events, Workshops, & Trainings

Complement your existing practices and classes with events, retreats, workshops, and trainings. Future events include both in-person and online yoga workshops. Online Ayurveda courses and workshops may include topics like self-care and suggestions for daily and seasonal routine practices.

Eva is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga teacher who is a dog lover, and seeker of mountains, fresh air, and water. She’s passionate about helping people live with more ease, less stress, and less pain.
