My philosophy is based on the idea that we are all unique and our approach to health should be unique as well. Ayurveda (pronounced aye-your-VAY-duh) is a system of healing unlike any other, that works to treat the root cause of an imbalance, not the symptoms alone. The name Ayurveda is derived from two words in Sanskrit, “ayuh” meaning “life” or “longevity” and “veda” meaning “science” or “sacred knowledge”. Ayurveda’s definition therefore roughly translates as “the science of longevity” or “the sacred knowledge of life”.
This holistic system teaches you how to live in alignment with nature’s changing cycles and seasons, and is personalized for your individual health needs. In our work together, we will come up with a wellness plan, made just for you, that uses primarily food, spices, lifestyle practices, and natural oils to bring your body back into a state of balance, and prevent future imbalances from occurring.
I believe in addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just alleviating symptoms. Ayurveda considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and my guidance will encompass all aspects of your well-being.

1:1 Ayurveda Diet + Lifestyle coaching programs are created to offer an individualized and holistic experience based on your specific needs. You will receive a custom protocol and have ongoing support to help you succeed and achieve your goals. You will receive 1:1 coaching, accountability support, and many other tailored resources to create the habits that lead to sustainable changes.
All coaching calls are held over a video call. After you book a session you will be sent an email with an intake form to fill out, and link to book our first call. During our first session we will have a conversation that covers your health history and background, aspirations and goals. We will go over your intake form in depth. I will come up with a bio-individualized wellness plan that may include diet changes, daily self-care practices, mindfulness practices, and herbal support. We will work together in the following weeks to enforce new habits, cover any questions you have, and implement practices to help you reach your health goals.
I will work with you to meet your health goals, find the root cause of your imbalance, increase energy, strengthen digestion, create a sustainable daily routine, and overall optimize your health. I will help support you with goal setting and staying accountable. When working together you will receive nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations tailored to meet your specific needs.
This always depends as we are all uniquely different, and it depends on how long the imbalance has been manifesting in your body. The more work you put in, the faster you will see change. Most clients see change within a couple of weeks to three months.
I do not participate with any insurance companies. I accept credit cards for consultations. I am happy to give you a receipt of services in order to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Voxer is a free app you will use during your coaching program to text, send and listen to voice messages, and share photos. We get through a lot during our live call(s) together, but questions will inevitably come up after. Voxer is a great way for me to continue to support your health journey so that you can make real positive change one day at a time, as one session alone is not enough to make lasting change.
Of course, and I recommend everyone work with their doctor as well as an Ayurveda specialist. I will never tell you to stop taking medication your doctor has prescribed. Your treatment plan will consist of holistic practices that will not interfere with medication or things your allopathic doctor has prescribed you.
