A structured, supportive container to improve your digestion, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting shifts in your daily routines.

This is not a quick fix. It’s steady, supported transformation.

Includes:
  • Initial 90-minute deep-dive consultation
  • Personalized wellness plan 
  • Four follow-up sessions
  • Ongoing email or messaging support between sessions
  • Resources to support you (recipes, practices, and guidance)

How It Works:
  • Session 1 — Initial Consultation (90 min). We meet online to review your health history, understand your current patterns, and clarify your goals.

  • Session 2 — Plan & Implementation (45 min). You’ll receive a personalized wellness plan based on your consultation. We’ll walk through it together and begin implementing simple, supportive changes.

  • Sessions 3–6 — Integration & Support (60 min each). These sessions are where everything starts to come together. We refine your plan, adjust based on how your body responds, and build consistency in your routines. Sessions are spaced every 2–3 weeks to allow for real-life integration.

Embody  3-Month Ayurveda Program

Book a Foundations Session

A starting point to understand your body and what it needs—through the Ayurvedic lens.

Includes:
  • 90-minute in-depth consultation
  • Digestion, lifestyle, and body type assessment
  • 30-minute consultation to go over personalized wellness plan 
  • Supportive resources (recipes, shopping lists, and self-care guidance)
  • 60-minute follow-up consultation to navigate roadblocks, reinforce practices, and make changes when needed
  • Ongoing email or messaging support between sessions

How It Works:
  • We meet online for a 90-minute consultation to review your health history, current patterns, and goals.
  • One week after your initial consultation, we meet online for a 30-minute session to go over your personalized wellness plan. This gives you a chance to ask questions and make sure everything feels good and realistic for your body and lifestyle. 
  • We meet for a 60-minute follow-up session 8-12 weeks later to check in, adjust your plan, and continue building consistency.
