Hi There!

My name is Eva and when I’m not teaching or working one-on-one with clients, you can find me exploring new hiking spots with my husband and dog Loki, on my yoga mat, or in the kitchen playing around with a recipe. Read on to learn more about me!

ABOUT ME

To embody a practice means to deepen our self-awareness.

When we start to pay attention to the small moments in our day-to-day life, we wake up to how every moment is a chance to be present, and to make choices that bring nourishment and balance to our lives.

Living a healthy life does not need to be complicated, feel overwhelming, or cost you thousands of dollars.  I work with the time-tested wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda to help  you reconnect with your body and experience lasting well-being.

My story

My practice began in 2012 when I stepped into a yoga class in Boston. Years of studying music at a competitive school left me feeling anxious and stressed, and years of running led to tight hamstrings and knee pain.

After just a few classes, I was instantly hooked. I did my first yoga teacher training in 2013 to deepen my personal practice, and the rest is history.

Despite my physical yoga practice, I was not feeling good in my body. I spent years suffering from digestive issues and jumping from one diet to another, dealing with dry skin and congestion, feeling burnout and stress, hormonal imbalances, and searching anywhere I could for answers to my health.

I finally decided to quit the quick fix trends and commit to my health by studying Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, and oldest system of healing in the world.

I believe that sustainable health transformations spring from a place of self-love and nourishment. By integrating ancient principles into modern living, I empower my clients to make choices that work for their individual body - because what works for one person, might not work for you.  Together we aim for balance, not perfection.

I want to encourage you to move beyond modern day trends and help you to trust your inner wisdom.

My aim is to help you deepen your self-awareness and connection with yourself. Rather than giving you a set yoga sequence or diet to follow, I give simple and practical tools to optimize your health, encouraging you to  pause, listen, and get to know yourself through the many seasons of  life.
